I did another carbless video, this one is probably my single favorite carbless product: Sami’s Bakery Multigrain low carb bread. But with any of these things, you have to trust, but verify, right? In theory 2 slices at 6 net carbs shouldn’t blast my blood sugar too hard and certainly shouldn’t knock me out of Ketosis (which, for the record, I am not actually in or trying to be. Have been though. Just saying.)

But if you want the skinny, a full turkey sandwich with low carb bread did spike my sugar (henceforth: Sugah?) to 161, then back down pretty quick. But still, that was not wished for nor expected.
So I theorized that the turkey itself might have carbs (and OMG it DOES!) so before really knocking Sami’s, because I’m kind of in love with it, we’re gonna do another review of just the bread.
